What is your job role and how long have you been with FFM?
I have been at FFM for just over 1 year now and I work in the Auto Enrolment and Group benefits team. Part of my job role is that I work with workplace pensions and manage/implement various group benefit schemes.

What is the best piece of advice you have ever received?
If you are willing to put the work in, you can achieve anything you want.
As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?
When I was younger, I had a fascination with Helicopters and my dream job was to be a Helicopter pilot.
If you had a time machine, would you go back in time or into the future?
This is a no brainer; I would have to go back in time to see dinosaurs in person.
What book, movie read/seen recently you would recommend and why?
Casino Royale – This is a masterpiece of a film.
Your most favourite place in the world and why?
Sorrento, Italy – one of the most scenic and beautiful places that I have visited, the warm weather is also a big plus.
What is the greatest challenge you have had to overcome in your life?
For me personally I would say over coming self-doubt, I would always but my self down and underestimate what I was truly capable of.
