Gemma ensures the smooth day-to-day running internally within Franklyn, taking responsibility to maintain and extend the high service level that is offered to our clients.
Gemma started working for Franklyn in June 2018 as our Practice Manager. Before working at Franklyn, she has 20 years experience working in the Financial Services industry with extensive experience in managing operational teams through effective performance and relationship management.
Outside of work, Gemma lives locally in Cheshire and loves spending time with her family and friends.
Her dog, an Alaskan Malamute called Miya, also keeps her very very busy!
