Here at FFM we pride ourselves on our connections within the community including the local schools and we are proud to have four previous Congleton High Students part of our dynamic team.
In 2018, our Business Relations Coordinator Chloe joined us and is currently studying towards her Chartered Management Degree at MMU. Following in similar footsteps to her is Kayley, who joined the team in early May as our Business Relations Apprentice and is currently working towards her Level 3 Digital Marketing Diploma.
In our Client Management team, we welcomed Ryan at the beginning of 2021 who works in our Auto Enrolment department and in April, we had Ollie join us who assists our Paraplanners and is currently studying towards his Diploma in Financial Planning.
We really are so proud to have Chloe, Kayley, Ryan and Ollie part of our Franklyn Family and are excited to see them develop and grow with us.
Jill Sadat-Shafai, Congleton High School Careers Adviser, stated “We welcome and value the collaboration we have with FFM and the strong relationship we have built. This has enabled the young people of Congleton to benefit from the support and expertise of the team at FFM in many ways such as careers fairs, networking events and work experience, which has given them an insight into the skills needed for employment. FFM are really investing into the local workforce of the future and we are particularly proud that four of our alumni have secured employment with the company, acting at positive role models for our current and future students.”
