2) The draw is promoted by Franklyn Financial Management Ltd.

3) All entries must include full details as requested by Franklyn Financial Management and become the property of the Partner.

4) Only one entry per person.

5) The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries received on the date as advised by the Franklyn Financial Management Ltd.

6) Franklyn Financial Management Ltd reserves the right to substitute a prize of equivalent or greater value if this is necessary for reasons beyond the Partner’s control. No cash alternative or alternative prize is available.

7) The personal information provided to enter this prize draw will be used to send future information on St. James’s Place Wealth Management products and services unless the entrant opted out of receiving such information at the time of entry and will not be passed to third parties outside of the Partners’ company or the St. James’s Place Wealth Management group.
