Our very own Business Relations Director, Ian, and Business Relations Coordinator, Chloe, took part in this year’s Year 11 Mock Interviews at Congleton High School.
Over the years the Business Relations Team have built a strong partnership with our local High School, CHS, to help students start planning for their future, Mock Interviews are a great way to do this!
Earlier this month our Business Relations Director, Ian, and Business Relations Coordinator, Chloe had a great time at Congleton High School as they took part in the Year 11 Mock Interview event.
Ian and Chloe had a fantastic time getting to know some of the students, who showed great communication skills when answering Ian and Chloe’s challenging questions. The students also started a conversation about their future career prospects and talked through the different career paths they can go through with FFM.
Ian commented “after 18 months of supporting schools virtually throughout the pandemic, it was great to finally get back to taking part in a face-to-face school event. Chloe and I had some great chats with the students, and they were all a credit to the school. We’re looking forward to taking part in some more education events throughout the next year!”
Mock Interviews are an important event to take part in for Year 11’s as this is a great opportunity to meet experienced employers, help improve their application and interview skills, as well as building their confidence.
We thoroughly enjoy working with Congleton High and can’t wait to see what next year’s event brings!
