Golf
The fourth charity golf day held by Franklyn Financial Management took place on Friday 1st July at the beautiful Mottram Hall in Cheshire. 22 teams of four golfers played an 18 hole stableford competition on the prestigious 7,000 yard championship course.
On arrival, players received goodie bags filled with gifts from the main sponsors Prism Total IT Solutions, followed by refreshments including a hog roast, which was expertly supplied by The Brownlow Inn, Congleton.
Guests who opted not to play golf were treated to a day of relaxation in Mottram Hall’s beautiful spa, which proved to be the perfect preparation for the lively Gala Dinner.

Funds Raised
The event was a resounding success and raised £46,000 for the St. James’s Place Foundation.
The money will go towards projects that are for the direct benefit of physically disabled children, those challenged by a mental condition, or a life threatening or degenerative illness. The Foundation also supports the Hospice Movement, by making grants for things such as equipment, the cost of complementary therapy or specialist nursing staff.
